The Liver LIFE Challenge, part of the American Liver Foundation (ALF) is offering two amazing team climbs this year, the first a 2-day climb up Avalanche Gulch (June 5-6) and a 3 day West Face Route climb (June 11-13). In addition to the guided climbs, participants receive overnight accommodations for before and after the climb in Mt. Shasta along with most meals. Participants receive a training guideline and can partake in participant lead training hikes throughout the bay area, fundraising support will also be provided by an ALF representative. Each participant is asked to raise a fundraising minimum of $2,200 for the Avalanche Gulch and $2,700 for the West Face Route. 100% of the funds raised go into the ALF and its mission to help the 30 million Americans affected by Liver Disease.
